We are excited to host this four-course tasting menu, paired with
wine at every course, featuring the phenomenal produce from Liberty
Gardens (www.libertyorganic.com). This is a rare opportunity to
meet, and converse with, Jeffrey Frank and Kristin Illick, two
local, organic farmers who are leading the way in sustainable
agriculture.
"At Liberty Gardens, we grow high quality produce in an environmentally
sustainable way. The quality comes from the land. We treat the
soil with high regard, using composts, cover crops, mineral amendments,
rotations and responsible tillage to preserve and enhance its
quality. We take pride in the craftsmanship that goes into our
produce."
As always, there will be plenty of opportunity for Q&A during,
and after, the meal. These events are seated communally and tend
to sell out quickly.
